We were on vacation on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean when we got news from a family member who was checking on our cats that our AC was not working. It was 92 degrees in our home. Two words awesome service so we were burning up in the shop area of the shop called up Northstar mechanical services and they came in and installed a 4 ton unit that cools out entire shop!! Cannot thank and recommend these guys enough!
Northstar installed my new unit a couple years ago and I asked about having a whole house air purifier installed a couple days ago. Within two days of requesting, the owner himself scheduled and came out on a Saturday morning and installed the purifier. What a difference it has made and the service could have not been better. No pressure to up-sale anything!! Just honest work for an honest price!
I highly recommend Northstar mechanic services. Jovany is a very knowledgeable person and knows how to do it right. I bought my first house in 2020 and I had him put in a brand new system in my house with all new ducks. The machine is still working and when I have any short of questions or issues jovany has always answered and solve my problems right away. It's good to have people that are responsive and put in 100 percent on to their job thanks jovanny.
I can highly recommend Northstar! Jovanny Salas saw we had an unusual problem of adding Heat & AC to our remodeled porch to make it a 4 season addition. We gave him permission to cut the bottom out of a cabinet in the adjacent room to install it from the crawlspace. He was actually able to fit it into a space using custom manufactured tinwork to add both the forced air grill and return filter grill in the wall space... AND he even saved the destruction of our cabinet. It pays to hire someone with mechanical knowhow! I can recommend him for that but I will also mention his pricing was in line with 2 other quotes who questioned how a return air filter could even be provided.
I’ve used northstar for yrs and every time I had problems or emergency calls they been able to help me and really accessible in price no middle man owner always has come and explain everything before and after work has to be done reallly happy w his work and warranty really recommend him 5 star from my part
